Our Pool inspections are mostly a visual inspection of the pools condition at the time of the inspection, we try to point out any safety conditions we nitice and we check out the pools pump and wireing. We do take water samples and test for chlorhine, algee and bacteria levels, and acidity, we can never see underround leaks we only do a visual inspection, But we will check the pump and motor and tell you aprox, age and condition, To Help protect you from surprise cost to your new home. Nothing worst then spending your complete budget on a new home and find out you need to spend $3000 dollars on your pool.
