We use a narrative / checklist report to give our clients a report they can easily read. We use our years of experience and trade skills to explain problems and defects and how they affect the home, and how to resolve these problems. We do this through a clear and concise professional computerized report with detailed colour photos. We believe that the reporting method we use is the best in the industry. We prefer going green with a paperless report in a pdf via email or on a cd.
